Store Pickup

• When checking out, please choose your date and time frame for store pickup. Please provide us with the last name on the order when picking up.
• We will send you an email when your order is ready. If you ordered merchandise or mylar balloons, you may receive this email one or more days prior to your selected pickup date and time.

Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 Business Days, and will arrive between 3-5 Business Days.
• Helium-inflated latex balloons cannot be shipped, among other merchandise.
• Please keep an eye on your phone and email once you place your order, in case we need to get in contact. If you do not respond to emails or phone calls from the store, your order will be canceled!
