How long will my balloons stay inflated?
Helium-filled latex last about 8-10 hours before deflating. Hi-Float will make latex balloons last about 1-2 days.
Helium-filled mylar (foil) balloons will last about 2 days or longer.
Will you arrange my balloons into bouquets?

Yes! Please use the Order Notes in your shopping cart to let us know how you want your bouquets arranged. We recommend no more than 10 standard-sized balloons per bouquet; adjust accordingly when using SuperShapes.
*Please purchase balloon weights and balloon bags to avoid your balloons being tangled during transportation.

If you would like your balloons arranged in a specific way, such as for the table or for the floor, please let us know in the order notes section on the checkout page.

Party Fair is more than happy to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere, such as Amazon. However, we must charge depending on how much helium is needed; pricing depends on the size of the balloons and will be calculated in-person.
*Please note that Party Fair is not responsible for outside balloons that pop or end up being defective, so we recommend purchasing balloons in-store.
Can I get balloons done on-the-spot?

Absolutely! Our balloons specialists are more than happy to inflate a few balloons for you on-the-spot. Please note that you may have to wait if there are customers here, and we also have pre-orders that must be done. We always recommend ordering ahead of time if you want a lot of balloons or if you want to grab them and go.
Do you deliver balloons?

Yes! We offer a balloon delivery service. It is an outside service that functions similar to DoorDash: you pay Party Fair for your balloons then pay the delivery service a cash fee. This fee depends where the balloons are going and how many balloons you are getting. Your balloons will be delivered within a selected 1-hour time frame (for example: 10:00am to 11:00am).
*To place an order for delivery, please visit us in store, as these orders cannot be placed online. Deliveries must be placed at least 24-48 hours prior to when you need them, but we recommend placing these orders as far in advance as possible.

Some items may not be able to be shipped, and will be noted as such. However, all merchandise can be picked up in-store.
For example: Helium-filled balloons and chafing fuel cannot be shipped.

Currently, we only ship within the US.
We ship via USPS and UPS. Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days, and will get to you within 3-5 business days.
We may contact you via phone or email if we need to get in touch. If you do not respond within a few days, your order will be canceled!

What is your return policy?
Everyday (non-seasonal/holiday) merchandise is returnable within 30 days if it is unopened and unused.
Seasonal merchandise cannot be returned, but can be exchanged for other merchandise of that same season, prior to the holiday.
*Some items are not returnable, such as candy, serving items, and wearables.

If you purchased the item in-store, you must bring it back with your receipt.
If your items were shipped to you, please contact us if you'd like to make a return so we can authorize it. Then, ship back your items. We'll apply a refund once we receive the items.

We'll send you an email when your online order is ready. In some cases, you may receive this email on the day before your pick-up; we inflate some of our balloons the day before to make sure they're not defective.
For shipments, please check your email for a tracking number.
