  • Can I purchase something not on the website?
    Yes! Our website selections are just a small portion of party goods that we sell. Please call us (732-780-1110) or come visit the store to see what's in stock!

  • What types of balloons are available at Party Fair?
    Party Fair offers a wide variety of balloons, including latex and mylar (foil) balloons. Our latex and mylar balloons come in a range of colors, themes, and sizes, which are perfect for any occasion. Specifically, our mylar balloons come in various shapes, including numbers, letters, and characters.
  • How long do my balloons last?
    Latex balloons typically last around 8-10 hours, while helium-filled mylar balloons last a few days. To ensure that your balloons last as long as possible, we recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (DO NOT leave your balloons in a parked car!).
  • Do you inflate my own balloons?
    Party Fair is more than happy to inflate balloons purchased elsewhere, such as Amazon or at another store. However, we must charge you because of the helium we're using. Prices depend on the price and size of the balloon and will be calculated in-person. Please note that Party Fair is not responsible for any outside balloons that pop or end up being defective, so we always recommend purchasing balloons in-store.
  • How early can I place a balloon order?
    We recommend placing your balloon order at least a few days in advance to minimize wait time. However, if you have a large or complex order, we suggest placing the order even earlier. Our balloon specialists are available to help you with any questions you may have and assist you in selecting the perfect balloons for your event. We offer a wide range of balloon options, including latex and mylar balloons in various colors and themes.
  • How can I order balloons for pick-up?
    Balloon orders can be completed in-person, over the phone or on our website. In-person orders allow you to see all of our options and allow you to be assisted by one of our balloon experts one-on-one. Alternatively, you can call 732-780-1110 if you'd like to order over the phone. Balloons can also be ordered online, but to ensure all balloons are ready and prepared as desired for pickup, be sure to write all pickup and bouquet details in the "add a note" section. Please note that all balloon orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.
  • How will I know if my online order is ready?
    We'll send you an email when your online order is ready. In some cases, you may receive this email on the day before your pick-up; we inflate some of our balloons a day early to make sure they're not defective. Please contact the store with any concerns or if you haven't received your email.
  • Can I get balloons done on-the-spot?
    Absolutely! Our balloon specialists are more than happy to inflate a few balloons for you on-the-spot. Please note that you may have to wait if there are customers here, and we also have pre-orders that must be done. We always recommend ordering ahead of time if you want a lot of balloons or if you want to grab them and go.
  • Can I get balloons delivered?
    Party Fair offers a third-party delivery service that delivers balloons for a fee based on where the balloons are going and how many balloons you're getting. Online orders cannot be scheduled for delivery, so we recommend that you come in or call us to place your order.
  • What's your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt from this store only. If you don't have a receipt or return the item after 30 days, we will offer you store credit to use on any other products. Merchandise must be unopened and in original salable condition to be eligible for a return.
  • What items cannot be returned?
    Please consult the table below for items that cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns, please bring your item and receipt into the store or give us a call. Additionally, some merchandise is marked as "NOT RETURNABLE" on your sales receipt and on the selling floor.
  • Can I purchase a product that's out of stock?
    In short, no. We're at the liberty of our distributors, and most of our merchandise is on order at all times. To confirm if something's in stock, please call the store before visiting.
  • Do you carry seasonal merchandise?
    Yes! We rotate our seasonal inventory depending on the time of year. We do not display seasonal merchandise online, so please come in to see what's in stock!
